Community Care and Social Responsibility
To support and care for disadvantaged groups in society, Kway makes regular monthly purchases of a set quantity of charity bread, cookies, and other products from the “Children Are Us Foundation” Bakery. In addition, the Company places occasional orders for steamed buns from the “iCan Workshop” operated by the Taipei Autism Welfare Foundation. Through these initiatives, Kway aims to provide assistance and encouragement to disadvantaged groups, helping them improve their work skills, promoting self-reliance, and fostering their integration into society.
To promote interaction between industry and academia, Kway integrates industrial and academic resources to advance cooperation and technological development. The Company participates in cooperative education programs with various domestic universities and colleges, periodically offering short-term part-time positions and internship opportunities for students in relevant academic departments.
