Human Rights Policy

In fulfilling its corporate social responsibility and safeguarding the fundamental human rights of all employees, customers, and stakeholders, Kway Information recognizes and supports the principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), and the International Labour Organization (ILO) core conventions. These include freedom of association, care for vulnerable groups, prohibition of child labor, elimination of all forms of forced labor, and elimination of discrimination in employment and occupation. In alignment with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), Kway Information has established its Human Rights Policy.

The scope of this Human Rights Policy applies to the Company’s subsidiaries and other entities or legal persons over which it has substantial control, including group companies and affiliated organizations.

Implementation Guidelines

  1. Comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and provide a safe and healthy work environment.

  2. Create a workplace free from violence, harassment, intimidation, and one that respects employee privacy.

  3. Do not employ child labor.

  4. Prohibit forced labor.

  5. Eliminate unlawful discrimination and ensure equal opportunities in recruitment and promotion.

  6. Safeguard employees’ freedom of assembly, association, and collective bargaining.
