Company Organization

Main Department Functions

(1) Chairman’s Office
Formulating business policies, evaluating and analyzing business performance, and assessing and managing investment strategies.
 
(2) Audit Office
Establishing, reviewing, and amending internal control systems and internal audit procedures.
Inspecting and evaluating the company’s budget, finance, operations, performance, and internal controls.
 
(3) General Manager’s Office
Overseeing the corporate operational planning, departmental performance evaluation, and human resources strategy planning and execution.
 
(4) Business Unit 1

Responsible for the development, integration, and sales of software and hardware systems related to the securities market.
Responsible for installation, maintenance, and customer service for various software and hardware systems.
Responsible for the project development and sales of financial industry (financial holding, banking, and insurance companies) related business operations, wealth management, and risk control systems.
Management and maintenance of the Central Taiwan data center.
Lianson with the head office on business development and support for policy instructions.

(5) Business Unit 2
Planning and execution version control and maintenance of HTS and related products.
Developing new products and updating existing products in response to market strategies.
Management and maintenance of data center equipment.
Management and maintenance of real-time market data, information transmission operations, and system equipment.
Agent for the Multicharts product line.
Sales and development of APP series products.
 
(6) Administration Division

 In line with the company’s annual business plan and operational strategies, the division supervises and manages administration, finance, and IT departments, and handles HR, general affairs, procurement, warehouse management, finance, accounting, and IT-related operations.

(7) R&D Center
Formulating and implementing new product development strategies.
Planning and executing research, adoption, and training of new technologies.
Overseeing version control and maintenance of new products.
 
(8) Overseas Subsidiaries
Responsible for the sales, maintenance, and development of application software and hardware, integrating new products into the Mainland China market.
Engaging in product agency business, providing niche products to financial clients.
